SERVING THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST WITH DISCIPLINED SITE DEVELOPMENT

Beh Brothers Construction provides excavation, grading, underground utilities installation, foundation excavation, and demolition services across the tri-state area of Utah, Southwest Colorado, and Northern Arizona. Throughout southeast Utah, we also provide licensed residential and light commercial electrical work, with electricians based in both Moab and Monticello.

Headquartered in Moab, Utah, we bring regional knowledge, disciplined execution, and reliable mobilization to projects throughout the Intermountain West.

Where We Work

REGIONAL EXPERIENCE MATTERS IN THIS TERRAIN

Construction across the Intermountain West is shaped by access, elevation, drainage, soil conditions, environmental sensitivity, and remote logistics. Successful site development in this region requires more than equipment — it requires planning, regional familiarity, and disciplined execution.

From our headquarters in Moab, Beh Brothers Construction supports projects where that experience protects schedules, inspections, and long-term performance.

Utah

MOAB, MONTICELLO, BLANDING & SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES

Southeast Utah is also our electrical territory. We keep electricians in both Moab and Monticello, which means a crew is close to the job whether it sits in Grand County or San Juan County.

Moab

As our headquarters, Moab remains a core market for excavation, underground utilities, grading, and site preparation for residential, commercial, and municipal projects. It is also a core electrical market, covering new residential construction, remodels, panel and service upgrades, and light commercial work.

Monticello

Site development, road grading, utility trenching, foundation excavation, and demolition support for commercial, infrastructure, and private projects. We also base electricians in Monticello, so residential and light commercial electrical here is handled by a local crew rather than a truck sent down from out of town.

Blanding

Water and sewer line installation, pad preparation, erosion mitigation, and structural excavation for projects that require organized execution in smaller communities. Electrical rough-in, trim, service upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Spanish Valley, Bluff & Rural Utah Sites

Custom home site preparation, utility trenching, access grading, and remote site development where terrain and logistics demand careful planning. On custom homes and rural properties we handle the electrical alongside the site work, including temporary power, rough-in, and final trim.

Southwest Colorado

GRAND JUNCTION, MONTROSE, CORTEZ & REGIONAL CORRIDORS

Grand Junction

Excavation, utilities support, grading, and site development for commercial growth, infrastructure work, and private development across the regional hub.

Montrose

Site preparation, foundation excavation, drainage planning, and coordinated utility work for projects requiring reliable mobilization and execution.

Cortez

Rural and community-based projects requiring disciplined site preparation, trenching, grading, and attention to local conditions.

Durango & Outlying Colorado Communities

Regional support for projects where access, terrain, and logistics require a contractor prepared to mobilize and perform efficiently.

Northern Arizona

PAGE, KAYENTA, TUBA CITY & REMOTE PROJECT AREAS

Page

Excavation and site development support for commercial, municipal, and infrastructure-related projects in a fast-moving regional gateway.

Kayenta

Utility trenching, grading, site preparation, and disciplined mobilization for projects where reliability and planning are critical.

Tuba City

Infrastructure support, drainage planning, and excavation services for projects that require organized communication and regional awareness.

Remote Northern Arizona Sites

Remote site work requiring self-sufficiency, equipment coordination, access planning, and disciplined execution in challenging terrain.

Why Regional Experience Matters

BUILDING ACROSS THE TRI-STATE AREA REQUIRES EXPERIENCE

Soil behavior, flash flood exposure, permitting expectations, remote mobilization, and environmental sensitivity all affect how projects must be planned and executed across Utah, Southwest Colorado, and Northern Arizona.

Working with a contractor headquartered in Moab and experienced across this broader region helps reduce delays, improve coordination, and protect the long-term success of the work.

Terrain Awareness Understanding soil behavior, drainage, erosion exposure, and how terrain affects construction planning.
Inspection & Permitting Coordination Experience working with municipalities, counties, and project stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, including electrical permitting and inspection in Grand and San Juan Counties.
Remote Logistics Planning for access, equipment movement, crew readiness, and material delivery in rural and regional environments.
Regional Accountability Clear communication, disciplined execution, and a reputation built on follow-through across the Intermountain West.
